What’s so special about this thing?
There are thousands of pages that give you guidelines on how to start good habits or stop bad ones. And frankly, there is too little information spread out over a very large number of pages.
There are S.M.A.R.T. Goals, GTD workflows, 7-step, 11-step, 15-step programs. There are ToDo lists and Project managers and Goal-setters and Goal-trackers. Buzzing around each one, there are clouds of smiling salespeople trying to sell you their “Secrets to Success!”.
It’s true, some of these techniques work. SMART makes sense.
But why should YOU have to go through a flow-chart just because you want to exercise regularly?
And a different set of steps for writing your first novel?
The answer is, you shouldn’t have to!
And that is what’s so special about this thing: One-step Goals, and No Acronyms!
