Get Dropbox to Synchronize HabitShaper Across Multiple PCs
If you’re like most people, you will at some point need to check your targets for the day while you’re away from your own computer.
Which is why I am working hard to get the infrastructure working for this. In the next few days, I will release an update that will allow you to use DropBox (or similar folder-syncing software), to see your targets from any of your computers.
Right now, HS simply saves your goals in the folder where the executable is. The update will allow you to choose the path to save to and read from. So all you have to do is set it to your DropBox path, and you’ll have HabitShaper synchronized across all your PCs.
Remember, this is only a temporary workaround. I (and some of you, I’m sure) would really like to be able to check on the day’s targets from the work computer and the home computer, and sooner rather than later.
